WINE SUGGESTIONS

Check out the 2006 GD Vajra Rosso!! This is a table wine blended from several types of grapes, notably Nebbiolo (the grape used in Barolo and Barbaresco).  It has floral aromas and vibrant acidity. It's great with pasta and rice dishes as well as chicken and pork.
